Alternative rock band You Me At Six finally announced their new upcoming album, VI. They released not only one but two tracks ‘3AM’ and ‘Fast Forward’ on Annie Mac last Wednesday, giving us the first look onto their next album which is set to be released on October 5 2018. Several tour dates have been announced all around the UK.

YMAS is definitely back with direct influences from Arctic Monkeys and Night People.

Calling all the poetry fans out there! Singer-Actor Hailee Steinfeld (previously seen on the movies Pitch Perfect 3 and The Edge of Seventeen) is set to play American author Emily Dickinson in a new Apple series. Not much is known as of today regarding this new project but it promises to be interesting as the director chose to go for a half-hour comedy exploring “the constraints of society, gender and family from the perspective of a budding writer who doesn’t fit in to her own time through her imaginative point of view”. Steinfeld shared her excitement on Instagram and we’re just as equally excited!

Time to say goodbye to a long-running Freeform show: The Fosters. In a 3-part series finale, The Adams-Foster family took us on a destination wedding and set the ground for the upcoming spin-off ‘Good Trouble‘ following Mariana (Cierra Ramirez) and Callie (Maia Mitchell)’s lives in L.A. The Fosters reminded us that DNA doesn’t make family, love does; and we’re sure grateful for that!

Up-and-coming actress Zendaya (Spider-Man: Homecoming, The Greatest Showman) has been cast in the new HBO pilot ‘Euphoria’. The 22-year-old will portray a young drug addict named Rue in the drama series. Landing a lead role in a HBO production is a major turning point in Zendaya’s career and I can’t wait to be amazed.
